FAQ's

Reservations

Reservations can now be made in the Atrium Dining Room, Inside Bar & the Outside Gardens for groups up to 15 guests. Depending on the area you have requested, your reservation will be reserved in the best space available based on your group size, we cannot guarantee tables for guests but will do our best to accommodate requests.
 

For reservations in the Manor Suite gardens, please note this is not an enclosed space and is open to all elements. Should the weather conditions not be ideal on the date of your reservation, we may be unable to move you to another area.

 

Group Bookings

For groups of 15+, we offer a Social Grazing Package for $45 per person (excluding beverages). We do not accept reservations for 11+ for drinks only, however you are welcome to walk in on the day and see what space may be available for your group.

 

Children

Please note the wine bar is an 18+ only venue.

Our sister venues Mr Grubb @ Oakdene and Fork N Flower Cafe @ Geelong Flower Farm can accommodate family reservations.

 

Split Bills

We do not split the bill by itemising. We can offer more than one payment per table, but this needs to be organised amongst yourselves over the bill at the table prior to coming up to pay.

BYO & Cake Policy

Our venue is fully licensed and we do not allow BYO wine or cakes.
 

If you would like a cake for a celebration, we can supply one for you.

Cake Selection:

  • Lemon Raspberry Layer Cake

  • New York Baked Cheesecake (GF)

  • Rich Chocolate Cake (GF) or  Rich Chocolate Cake (DF)

  • Sponge Cake with Jam, Cream & Berries
     

Cakes are $85 and feed 10-12 people. We can supply plates and serving ware for you to serve cake to your guests. Alternatively, we can plate slices of cake with berries and cream for an additional $5 per plate.

Dogs

Manor Suite Wine Bar is located on a working vineyard. The owners of the property do not allow dogs on the premises. Service dogs are permitted.

 

Surcharges

The following credit card surcharges apply:

Visa | Mastercard | Eftpos Debit & Credit Cards = 0.68%

Amex = 1.5%

Savings | Cheque = $0.17 per transaction

A 20% Public Holiday Surcharge Applies on Public Holidays.
